Unable to cancel my debit order for the Law On Call product
Normally I get exceptional service from FNB. On the 22nd September I cancelled my R65 Law On Call policy. I received an email stating that it was cancelled. However on the 1st the debit order still went off. I have contacted Law On Call twice but still have not received a response.
