Unable to book eHomeAffairs time slot

Once again writing a shocking review for FNB. You can't get in contact with your branch (FNB) because every possible contact point requires you to go through some kind of automated call centre / app - that won't put you in contact with a branch representative. FNB is also unable to currently take booking on the eHomeAffairs system, constantly "no timeslots available" this is a waste of time. Standard Bank does not have this issue? Why does FNB have this issue and why is a fix not being prioritised? At the point where I need to switch banks just to save time. Ridiculous service by FNB.
