unable to book appointment for smart ID

Can someone help me with making an appointment for the smart ID card please. I booked an appointment on the home affairs website. Now I am trying to get a hold of FNB Greenpoint in Cape Town. The number on the website is the head office number and the consultants say they cannot help with the phone number nor email address for the branch.

All I need is to make an appointment to come in to do my smart ID. Why offer a service and then make it impossible for people to book. You should have an online booking system
