Unable to apply for investment account on Business Profile

Opened a FNB Business Account as I provide services, I have a steady amount of cash flow coming in since I opened my account with FNB Business, they can see my transactions and income, however I am appalled and disgusted that I cannot even apply for a simple investment account with FNB to actually save and invest my profits . When clicking on any Invest option or, new account option or credit option, I get a message stating the following "Your Application has been declined due to the following reasons,to prevent any risks the bank cannot make any products or services available to you"" Now I understand my credit record is not the best howevr how can you deny someone from building a business and saving if he cnat even invest what's the use of a business account then. I'm pretty certain FNB has some restriction set on my profile and I need this removed and need help as an investment is not credit application. Please look into this and resolve.
