Unable to Activate Cardnfor Travel

I wanted go activate a corporate credit card for travel. Your agent asked me to wait while she read mu message. Then she tells me I must respond because she is trying to help me. That is rude and patronising and contradicts her asking me to wait. I them waited for over twelve minutes and she never hot back to.me Why isnit easy to activate a personal credit card but always complicated to activate a corporate credit card? There is clearly a problem in the corporate credit card division. Please get someone to contact me so I can activate the corporate credit card.
