UNABLE TO ACCESS MY OWN FUNDS

I have an account with FNB for two months and every time i have to go into a branch to have anything done. I do have cell phone banking but cant transfer or deposit money into any other account without going to a branch. When I do go to the branches they cant even assist me, they give me another number to phone for assistance(FNB ONLINE BANKING ********** 0). I can never get through on that number either. They are preventing access to my fund and I have dire responsibilities to fund/pay. Its the worst service Ive ever gotten from any bank. Their slogan shouldnt be " how can we help you" cause they dont help me at all.

I am still waiting ! After you called me on Wednesday 29-11-2017, you said you will call me back within a half an hour, to assist me with my problem. It's now more then 48 hours later and I am still waiting! This is appalling and very frustrating , I have commitments i need to honor. I please need some one to assist me ! clearly FNB has *********** staff and no regard for their clients !
