Unable to access my credit cards for over 10 days. My Ebucks have been severely negatively impacted.

Unable to access my credit card for over 10 days. I have been back and forth and spoken to practically all of FNB. Its been frustrating and humiliating in many ways to make things worst, I have lost out on Ebucks and my levels have gone down completely. I have spent so much of time trying to resolve this query but have not gotten anywhere. Been an absolute disaster :-(
