Unable to access my business bank account as your tech does not work

Unable to use my business account as app does not send notifications - as a CEO of a business I am flying to a remote location and I cannot use any of my accounts to reserve car hire or accomodation as since you rebranded your app does not work, My business banker can't help, your online banking dep[artment only can assist with personal accounts and the business banking department just dropped the phone on me. This is the WORST BANK IN THE COUNTRY - moving to Nedbank as soon as I get back.
