unable to access money from my account

lost my card went to report it at the bank couldnt get a replacement card because was told a ruling was made against me by the eastern cape magistrate court i dont even know the place , i was told that i have a maintainace court that is against me but my bank made an agreement with that whoever person to freeze mt account without my knowledge am wondering how safe it is to continue banking with fnb cause surely anyone acn do as they please with our monies i caleed that office in question they told they have been sending letters at randburg wheresas i stay in alexandra the person that made the ruling offered me that he would organise a loan to go travel to their court in the cape i need to know where has it ever happen for a bank account to be frozen for a case unless am a suspect in a money laundering of some sort i want my money
