Unable to access cash i deposited!

I opened a new account with FNB - transferred the minimum amount to activate the account - all good. Then I transferred a large sum of cash from my other bank (2 September). The money only reflected in the account today (6 Septemeber), but I am unable to access any of the money. As it is a 32 call account, I have to pay penalties to draw money earlier - no issue. But now they will not clear the cash transferred, which means I will have to pay higher penalties as of tomorrow! Earlier today one of their consultants said that the issue would be resolved within an hour and that she would call me. This never happened! I called them this evening but was unable to get connected to a consultant after 20 minutes!

That is not good enough. What are you going to do about the higher fees that I have to pay to release my money? (I will now have to pay 1% instead of 0.5%!)
