Unable and unwilling to assist
<p>No one at eBucks or FNB is able to resolve this matter. </p> <p>I am not receiving rewards points for having Wesbank products, and they claim that this is due to me having an Islamic Banking account, and that I do receive concession points for this.</p> <p> </p> <p>However their website is quite clear on this. If you have an Islamic Banking Account, you receive 2000 concession points for the category "Credit Products" i.e. overdraft, Personal Loan, Revolving Loan, and 2000 points for Wesbank products. </p> <p>They are not crediting me with the points for the Wesbank product, and this has been going on for quite some time, with no result. </p>
