UN-USED PETROL CARD
I phoned the call centre to ask them to close the account as I am not using it anymore.. I also went to the branch to make sure the account will be closed. I was told that it can take up to 12 days and that I wont pay any charges on the account until it is closed. Just went into my profile and saw that I paid charges on the account and that it was still active???
