Un-paid Refund

FNB eBucks finally refunded the 2 extra card charges that they took from my account. After months of emails, with the only responses being surveys from eBucks, I had to turn to Hellopeter to have my query resolved. Thank you to eBucks for eventually returning those extra debits and restoring my enthusiasm to do business with you. And a big THANK YOU to Hellopeter for providing a platform whereby customers' queries are taken seriously. I believe that the me voicing my complaint on this platform was critical to having it successfully resolved.
