Un happy with the service provided

I am very dispointed with the service i am recieving i was told ro call fnb home loan department to confirm dat the payment dat was.recieved from the insurance department will be covered for feb March instalment now the consulant tells me it wont cover i still need to make.sure that der is funds in my bnk acc for the debit order to run. The insurance was paid due to dat im unble to pay coz im on mat leave
