Un cleared cheque

We deposited a cheque on the 22 January at the branch and I needed 15k cash from the cheque. The teller blatantly said I will not give you the 15k I'm depositing the cash. Today the 28th January I went into the branch needing the money and I was told I cannot access my money until Saturday. The manager wanted to even go into the extent of calling my private matters just to cover up the fact that her teller never gave me my money. I am so dissatisfied with FNB, I entrusted fnb with my money and now they telling me to wait more time with an attitude. I am honestly unhappy and need my money. I need to pay off my bond by tomorrow.
