Un authorized transaction

<p>I lodged a complain firstt 7 months ago was promised un authorized transaction will be stopped from transacting, six months later they werre still there, went to consultant no resolution, branch manager still no resolution, dispute handling department still no resolution. the painful thing is the monwy taken from the account has not been reversed and no feedback given by bank.</p>
