Un-authorized Service Fee: Authorization Date: 30 Nov 1899 ...?????

Greetings FNB, Why is FNB targeting senior citizens with ********** SERVICE FEES...????

I am a senior citizen, living off my SASSA grant, I monitor my account extremely careful and yet FNB have the audacity to charge me service fees with an authorization date of 1899, that is 123 years ago – FNB did not even exist at the time. Does FNB staff actually know and or understand what they are doing?

Due to the FNB negligence my account is being mauled to being overdraw month after month and I must live without funds available. My account is send into overdraft, charges are raised for items returned because FNB just keep on and on and on loading my account with fees and charges and because of FNB wrong doing my transactions are declined which is not my doing and I am at the short end of the stick. Is that right? No it is not!!

As a senior citizen I refuse to pay these charges with an authorization date 1899...??? Here is the service fee charges: 23-Jun-22 #Diensfooi 47.70 01-Jul-22 #Debit Card POS #Fee Declined 8.50 23-Aug-22 #Diensfooi 90.00 26-Aug-22 #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 1 ITEMS ON 22/08/ 45.00 Total amount of R191.20

I only have one deduction on my account and that is my monthly account fee. Let alone the date on this DEMAND deposit. Authorization Date30 Nov 1899... 1899 ??? that is how many hundreds of years ago? Who is busy with this ***** system at FNB? How many people are being targeted and FNB is getting away with it?

This amount better be reversed back into my account BEFORE the closing of business today. I am beyond disappointed with FNB lately, almost every month I must complain about charges not authorized on my account.
