UN AUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS BY FNB

Absolutely disappointing poor service. The bank I trusted has officially failed me. I received a notification that my debit orders for my credit card and funeral policy will go off on the 15th and if I do not ant that I must call through and that is exactly what i did. Called through and was advised a notification was sent for my debit orders to run on their normal date. However today unauthorized FNB debits my account, which is disgusting as their have no authority to do so, and even worse those funds are for something else. What makes FNB think they can do as they please?? I am totally disappointed this has never happened in all my years of banking with them I also receive my bonus and their debit order runs normally on the date provided and signed for. Their utter greed has me in the process of moving all my accounts to a bank I can trust.
