Un able to recfund me

FNB Westbank have very poor quality service. I accidentally transferred money to their account 31 March 2023. Mind you I finished my car 2021. They kept quiet with my money. 28 April 2023 I call them to return the money theytelephonic confirmt to see everything and promised to return. I am struggling to get the money till today. All I want is my money fnb. Rand is low to all of us. I can even shift my banking from you. I have nothing positive from you but bad service since I worked with you. Your service is only good when you want customers
