Umpaid item
I really have a problem with FNB,I understand a bank must do banking costs but FNB I dont know anymore.
At the end of the month my banking cost went off R247 and that I undestand,but when I logged in on Friday there were another R135 and they claim its for an unpaid item,I bought stuff at Pep and it went trough,their response there was not enough money in my account,so they charged me R135. I don't know what to do anymore,because this is now several times that happened.
I am really fedup with them.

08 Feb 2024, 08:29The same happened this month, but only the amount are bigger than last month.. Its the same, they deduct a unpaid item of R180, I really don"t understand FNB. I think the best is just to change to a other bank.
