ULTIMATE UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!

FNB arranged to have my debit Orders moved as I moved my salary to them. In a 20 minute conversation they assured me that this would be done. I don't have to go to the branch or follow it up. Now, today all my debit Orders were returned by my previous bank as my salary was paid into FNB. Now I must incur dishonored and return charges! I have the uncessarry admin of sorting out this mess! It's not fair!
