*****ulent unauthorized debit order

I'm not the only one it seems - I'm also struggling to get to the bottom of an unauthorised and *****ulent debit order that was created without my knowledge. The reference is for ICB Epic, which is the Institute of Bookkeepers and the amount of R89 is going into an FNB account. FNB say they can't help me at all and ICB Epic have also palmed me off! I have never given my account details to anyone. Can someone help please!
