*****ulent transactions on Virtual Card

Not impressed with their service since 6 transactions taken from our Virtual Debit Card without permission. Virtual Card which the CVV number changing every 15min is no deterrent for *****sters. The transactions does not appear on the in-contact, only when you log into your FNB Online Account and view your transaction history. 6 transactions on one day shown as the following: Stepthrow.com Shop4soundget.com. So apparently there is no insurance from FNB on money taken from your account *****ulent ly. Second month where we lost over R1500 without any feedback. The previous incident also does not appear on their system. Waiting period 7 -14 working days is the only answer one gets. Very disappointing.
