*****ulent transactions on account

On Sunday 03 December I had a *****ulent if R5700 on my account which I logged I declined when FNB sent me the suspicious transaction alert, I contacted FNB ***** line and logged a case thereafter and they told me that they would investigate and it takes 7-30 days. I also asked my banker to follow up on this as I need to use the money till today no feedback plus the money still hasn't been reversed!
