*****ulent transactions- no feedback from bank

Unknown transactions went off my bank account on 27 May 2023, with the reference I-repair Kalitea. I immediately went to the branch and reported it. R6500 was taken out of my account. The bank representative confirmed these transactions went off in Greece, with me sitting in front of him in the branch in George South Africa. Today it's the 31st of August, no further feedback other than it's secured transactions and I will have to wait for a gesture of goodwill from the managers, was received!!! I think this is pathetic and not even work the one star awarded to them for poor service.
