*****ulent transactions going off a cancelled card. FNB not doing anything to stop it!!!

I lost my cheque card in December and immediately cancelled the card. The card doesn't even appear on my profile anymore. On the 6th January I woke up to a bunch of transactions on the card from a toll gate in Mpumalanga and Kranskop (I live in Cape Town). I immediately phoned the ***** line to report that transactions were going off a cancelled card and got no real help except for that they will put an investigator on the case.

A week later we have not had any feedback and the transactions are STILL going off. We asked a week ago what we can do to ensure that no further transactions go off and we were just told to wait. Now the account is getting overdrawn and now we have penalties ON TOP of the money that is being *****ulently taken out of the account.

Do I have to wait until they wipe my account clean before FNB takes any action?!?!
