*****ulent transactions

I opened a cheque account on the 27th of December then I transferred 8000, I received my card on the 3rd of January then I transfered 520 to my friend who is also banking with Fnb using my app then I transfer 1000 to my savings account but it was reversed back to my cheque account same day 2000 was transferred to my friend's account online then again the balance was transferred I don't know where also online and I opened a case and I phoned fnb and I emailed everything but up until now no feedback from them
