*****ulent Transactions.

I am experiencing issues with *****ulent activities my account and i called FNB on *** and I spoke to Dineo who promised to send me a Ref number however nothing has been sent. I am still waiting for feedback. I currently have a funeral cover with them and I do not know how to go about because I am not not liable for the R-1945 that has been charged on my account.
