*****ulent transactions

I’m a private banking client for this bank, on the 01st August 2023 ***** occurred in my acc which they took R17700 from my account while I was home sleeping, to my surprise the bank sent me a letter stating that only R8000 will be refunded what about the rest of the remaining balance of R9700. When I try to query that the bank takes me from pillar to post which is why I decided to involve hello Peter for assistance. All I want the bank to do is to refund my money back and close this useless account!
