*****ulent transaction reversal request.

I have been trying to get fnb to reverse a *****ulent transaction on my cheque account since the 10th of april. I have been making numerous phone calls, secure chats as well as e- mails to them with no success. The last follow up they said they would revert back to me within 48 hours,however stil nothing. They were actually the ones who advised me to open up a ***** case with them because the company whom I did the transaction with, is flagged as *****ulent with fnb. I have ran out of options......
