A *****ulent transaction that went throughon my credit card 01/07/2026

23 Feb 2026, 12:28An amount of R33000 went off my cc 07 Jan 2026 around 12h00 I immiately reported it , Phoned the next morning transaction was still pending why didnt FNB not stop the transaction. I DIDNT give the OTP but FNB just said I did and ended the case. I'm a pensioner and can ot afford .using that ,and of money. I was told to contact takealot to stop the transaction. I filled in a card dispute still haven't received any feedback cannot get hold of anyone to ask. The secure chat is of no
