*****ulent stuff & unknown amounts added

Bad service and *****ulent stuff happening with their accounts.

I would like to complain about monies which are added on to my personal loan after I paid it up and was on zero a few days ago and to my surprise turns out that there is monies added on to it and it shows it’s not paid out, I raised the matter but I was told that I have to pay it out. This also happened after I complained about them debiting my account while the loan is paid up.

I am honestly not happy with the outcome utterly disappointed. I sent through emails and called but being sent from pillar to post till now.
