They should be known *****ulent national bank

Every month without fail they charge all types of service fees but when we require the service we do not receive it It's always "that's the protocol" They never assist us as paying clients We must wait 7 days, 30 days etc but their money they receive on time They never get back to us we must always call back and follow up They never refund us, they say there's nothing we can do From the branch staff to the online staff, it's the same robotic automated response

I was debited 10 days before my agreed and signed upon debit date That left me in a negative balance, now I will be charged R70 interest for the over draft being used With whose permission was I debited? Who will credit me for the interest?

They allow E dreams to debit your account and refuse to assist say there's nothing they can do They then tell u cancel your card and then charge you an additional R180 for replacement You waste more money with this bank than anything else
