fnb has listed an account I don't know of on my credit profile and they can't even give a contract. I have emailed and phoned them many times and i get no assistance, they claim they payee out the loan January 2025, but the loan only appeared on my credit profile April 2026 showing arrears of 14months, no contract no statements.
