*****ulent debit orders from FNB

I bank with ABSA and have been noticing a deduction coming off my account called Aspire. After investigating with ABSA it was identified that this debit order was coming from FND. I have been on the line being passed from pillar to post for hours, and no one is willing to assist or make an effort to resolve my query. As this transaction has been going on for over 9 years you would have expected some form of documentation and reference but nothing. They have been happy to take over R50 000 from me but no one is willing to assist in resolving. Do I I have to open a ******** case now to get action?
