*****ulent Debit Orders and Failure of Accountability

I am a loyal FNB client who has trusted the bank with my financial wellbeing. However, I am deeply alarmed and disappointed by FNB’s handling of *****ulent debit orders and its apparent complicity in enabling companies such as CDS CONSULTING PTY LTD and individuals such as Mr Mpilo Mdluli to exploit customers.

Issues of Concern:

1. Irreversible Debit Orders - CDS CONSULTING PTY LTD appears to be the only company allowed to use special codes for irreversible debit orders. - I was able to reverse debit orders from reputable service providers, yet not from CDS CONSULTING PTY LTD. - This raises serious questions about FNB’s responsibility to protect its clients from *****.

2. Debt Review ****s - FNB is aware of the mushrooming of debt review companies that deceive customers with false promises of financial relief, only to worsen their financial situation. - By allowing these companies to operate unchecked, FNB is failing in its duty of care to clients and investors.

3. Questionable Documentation - FNB agent Mr Mpilo Mdluli was able to conveniently obtain a document allegedly signed by me to agree to debt review. - I never had a face-to-face interaction with CDS CONSULTING PTY LTD. - The signature on the document does not match my electronic signature used with FNB. This raises the possibility of forgery.

4. Lack of Transparency at Branch Level - On 23 August 2025, at FNB Centurion Mall, both the senior agent and manager confirmed that no DebiCheck was visible. - They assisted me in drafting a complaint and provided an email address, yet the issue remains unresolved.

Accountability Questions for FNB 1. Why is CDS CONSULTING PTY LTD allowed to use irreversible debit order codes? 2. How did FNB obtain a *****ulent document with a forged signature? 3. Why are FNB’s ***** prevention systems weaker than competitors such as Capitec, which require photo verification for major transactions? 4. How many more commissions and investigations (e.g., Madlanga Commissions) must expose flaws in FNB’s system before accountability is enforced?

Requested Action I demand that FNB: - Immediately reverse all *****ulent debit orders linked to CDS CONSULTING PTY LTD. - Investigate Mr Mpilo Mdluli’s involvement in obtaining *****ulent documents. - Provide written confirmation of how my alleged signature was obtained and whether forgery is suspected. - Implement stronger security measures, including photo verification for high-risk transactions. - Compensate me and affected clients for financial losses caused by these failures.

FNB’s failure to protect its clients from ***** is unacceptable. I expect urgent action, transparency, and accountability. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will not stop knocking at as many different doors as I can until FNB become accountable regarding the flows in their systems and my money is refunded.
