*****ulent debit orders
on the 15th of january i sent them an email and spoke to them telephonically requesting that my debit orders be stopped as my account has been suspended and no money will be in the account, they still put through the debit orders costing me thousands of rands in penalties so far. i also asked them for statements on the account but never received them.

16 May 2024, 10:3515 Days Later, no resolution. it's high times South Africans Realise that debit orders only serve the interest if the banks and creditors, not the public. it's like we let them dig in our wallets and when they don't find what they don't find what they looking for they charge you even more. and once you give them permission once, it is over, you can block it, report it, it really does not matter, the Banks, and this case FNB, help only to serve themselves, and allow these creditors back into you account... like sure go look in his wallet, i don't care is not my money. i will avoid a debit order as much as possible. it is shameful how the Banks treat the public, it's more Shameful how we let them. and those debi check mandates mean absolutely nothing, its toothless. the Banks are enablers of *****, they take their clients for granted and take as much of our hard earned money as possible, they will stomp on your for their profits.
