*****ulent debit order

There is an insurance by the name of pineapple, i canceled the insurance policy when they ignored my messaged and i was assured that its canceled.

Yesterday on the 1st i woke up and they debited my money. Spoke to one of your consultants and she said the debit order does not reflect i must try again today.

Today im being told that they can't help me reverse the *****ulent debit order and can't even help me stop it. Meaning they are allowing this people to debit me whole R948.86 every month and there's absolutely nothing the bank can do ??????

They say the company blocked the bank from reversal, how is that even possible? Meaning this people will have access to my account on the 1st of every month and the bank can't help me ????
