*****ulent debit by FNB on my account

FNB debuted my account for LTE I did not even signed up for. I don't even have a Sim Card from FNB. Is this not ***** on FNB's side. I means its ******** to charge me for something I did not sign up for or receive for that matter. I did not consent to any of this. Im so disappointed with FNB. Im gonna close that account.
