*****ulent "Covid loan" debit orders by FNB out of my Capitec account

For about almost 4 years, FNB has been taking R131.00 out of my Capitec account per debit order and calls it a "Covid loan." I have never taken out a loan with theme ever and have never had an account with FNB or anyone related to them. They have now handed me over to attorneys. I have phoned FNB, emailed them etc. and nonthin has been resolved. I do not get any responses to my emails. I explained to them that I did not take out this loan and that it must be investigated urgently. Their response is that I must email them an affidavit explaining my case. They do not seem to be concerned that *****ulent loans are being managed by their company. They are unable to provide me with the proof of the loan or proof of the loan payment/date of payment into my Capitec account. Every month I have to reverse the debit order. FNB is a **** show and they should be ashamed of the way they conduct business.
