*****ulent charges!

I'm officially leaving FNB as a client. I am fed up with the this *****ulent #excess item fee that even their consultants can't explain. There's a service fee, bank charges and this *****ulent excess item fee that fluctuates daily! I'm officially done, you guys make more on this excess item fee more than you do on your bank charges!
