*****ulent case under my account

My name is Francis Mabunda ,i reported the ***** case under my account in which a credit card was opened in May and was advice by the bank consultant to close the account while they are investigating of which I did, the reference number is ***9 but after 5 months I received statement citing that I owe the bank R 2438.03 while the money that was refunded to me in May couldn't be withdrawn. No feedback was reported to me after their investigation but demanded the money which I don't know how my account was *****ed. my credit profile is affected and everything that has to do with credit is damaged. up to date i can't get any feedback or report on findings of the investigation.
