We went to fnb horizon branch in johannesburg regarding my father in law lost card and money bring deducted from his account.

Then the consultant checked and advised us to go to the Police station to make an affidavit, which wr did as he said the matter will be reported to the ***** department.

When went back with the affidavit we were told there's no need as it was a debit order sadly my father in law is 78 years old.

Now today the same amount was deducted from his monthly pension fund/ social grant.

We even suggested he close the account completely but thr consultant said no it's not necessary as that amount won't go off front his account now he has no money again all his social grant is gone, never never never open an account more especially for a pensioner as you won't get your money back FNB is a **** for pensioners

I will take him to other banks which will look after his money and Capitec is the best not FNB
