As a banking institue that claims its looks after it customer appalling to see the customer service I've recieved, its been a week later and I still haven't had my query resolved on top of that I have no means to pay my debt but I guess that's not your worries. It's absoloute sad to see the lack of quality service from the Personal and Private Service Recovery (PPSR) department. I really hope justice is served
