*****ulent activity - no resolution or assistance

*****ulent activity on 2/1/24, account was cleared out in minutes with the same amount as well as reference. Why did the bank not pick it up. I have been passed around to all kinds of departments with no resolution. I was told the transaction was authorized in November, who gambles 2 months in advance. I asked for the series of events, and was still passed around. Then they said they cannot get the money back from the merchant and the case was closed. I re-opened the case and am still being pushed around. It is a significant amount of money, and it was cleared out with transactions 1 minute apart from 2pm on the 2nd
