*****ulent activity from FNB Insure

FNB is a good financial institution from a tech perspective however I am unhappy about customer service. You are just a number with no voice and seems like taking to a concrete wall. My business account has been debited R199 initially "Law on call business plan". I raised this from day one that I do not want it, nothing was done, after so many complaints, the amount did not get debited. now I see it went down to R99.00 "FNB Insure". Is this even legal for someone to take monet out of your account without your authorization [I say my authorization because this one I specifically said I do not want it]. If its is mandetory to have this then why not tell us we are forced to pay this amount monthly?
