On the 13th of May 2024 I recieved an sms saying google has deducted an amount of R1399.99.which is completely impossible because I have not purchased anything during the time frame and also I did not get the authorisation massage to approve.I went to the branch to report the matter ref no. *** they said they will investigate but they cannot return it .For me that is completely not fair.
