*****ulent Activities

FNB advertises itself as the most secured bank and that is not true. On the 24 June someone made a booking on my account and bought flight ticket - Turkish Airline, no message came through for me to authorise the transaction all that I got was a notification that R8914.07 reserved for Turkish airline. I immediately called the bank and reported the *****, I also requested that the transaction be reversed, unfortunately I was told that cannot be done the bank has to investigate and it will take a minimum of 14 to 30 days. Really 14 days has passed and no feedback from FNB.

Are the *****ulent activities not insured, surely FNB can see that I did not authorise that transaction.
