*****ulent Accounts at FNB

So FNB gives a platform to *****sters to be able to open accounts with the institution and pose as manufacturers. I was de*****ed by a so called manufacturing company from Cape Town R390k and FNB till today has not had anything to say. So how does this financial institution prevent such from happening? How do *****sters open a legit account with all the FICA requirements? Why has there not been a single person from this institution contacted me regards their client de*****ing me? Are we not protected by the organisation against such by making sure their clients are legit and FICA compliant?
