*****ulent account upgrade

My bank was upgraded without my consent. The agent on chat was able to see the date the account was upgraded butcant see who upgraded the account. I am now charged high bank charges for something I did not consent to. This is *****. Hw can the bank be so careless. Move me back to the account I accepted and reverse the bank charges immediately.
